Many times I have talked about ceremony and sacred space, through my lectures, workshops, private sessions and Angel Circles. One of my clients who has one of my Angel Paintings, shared with me that she has placed the painting on her sacred altar, her Angel Altar. I liked the way that sounded so I am going to dedicate some time and effort to talk about creating an Angel Altar. A place to go to sit in serenity and peace.

This would be a great place to put your belief in Angels into the practical. How do we put our selves into the practical? By speaking out loud, verbally, by writing in a Angel Journal and by movement.

Prepare yourself before you start. Cleaning your home, clear the negativity out. Light a few white candles. Take a bath with sea salts. Drink a cup of herbal tea. This is a way to help the mind and body, which will allow you to achieve heightened levels of awareness.

It is easier to attune to the Angelic Consciousness if we prepare ourselves by connecting through our heart center with God's help.

The preparation shows respect and respect is another word for love.
